it started getting sore on saturday.

sunday morning i was in so much pain, i couldnt move and i couldnt stay still either, everything hurt.

i got accupuncture on sunday and monday and i feel much better but i am still in much pain.

apparently i have a blood deficiency which i sort of already knew.

the accupuncture guy told me i'm supposed to wear a scarf when its cold and i remember that the other accupuncture guy told me the same thing last time this happened. you'd think i'd have learned by now.
